The Florida legislature has no plan in place if the Supreme Court strikes down provisions of the Affordable Care Act.

They have no plan for the 1.3 million Floridians who are at risk of losing their federal health insurance subsidies.

It’s time for the Florida legislature to step up and make a plan to address this potential healthcare crisis in Florida. The Supreme Court could release a decision any day — and that’s why the Florida legislature needs to take action immediately.

Add your name: Urge the Florida legislature to make a plan for the millions of Florida’s children and families who could be affected by the Supreme Court’s decision.

Thank you for taking action,
