Winter fundraiser to celebrate the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.

The Illinois African American Coalition for Prevention (ILAACP) will celebrate the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. at its inaugural Winter Fundraiser at the Symphony Center on January 20, 2014.

Enjoy an evening with the Chicago Sinfonietta listening to inspirational gospel music, and a multimedia work inspired by Dr. King’s Mountaintop speech.

Tickets are $50.00 per person. Click here to purchase tickets.

Proceeds from the fundraiser will be used to support ILAACP’s program activities which will help the organization to realize its vision for safe, healthy, and resilient African American children, families, and communities.

The ILAACP is a tax-exempt, 501(c)(3). All tickets purchased are tax-deductible up to an amount allowed by law.
