132 Children and Nine Staff Members Murdered At Peshawar School
WASHINGTON, DC – U.S. Senator Mark Kirk (R-Ill.) released the following statement condemning the Taliban murder of 141 people at the Army Public School and Degree College in Peshawar, Pakistan, 132 of whom were children aged 12-16 years old:
“The Taliban’s sickening execution of 141 schoolchildren and school officials in Pakistan reminds us that the group’s reign of barbarism is far from over. The United States stands with the people of Pakistan against terrorists who would attack the most innocent and vulnerable members of society.”
