Senator Kirk Statement Regarding Senate Vote on Immigration Reform Border Security Amendment

WASHINGTON, D.C. – U.S. Senator Mark Kirk (R-Ill.) released the following statement regarding the Senate vote to invoke cloture on an amendment offered by Senators Bob Corker (R-Tenn.) and John Hoeven (R-N.D.) to enhance border security provisions in the immigration reform bill:
