A local concert to celebrate the life of former South African President Nelson Mandela will be held December 17th at  Nichols Concert Hall, 1490 Chicago Ave., Evanston, IL,  Nichols Concert Hall, 1490 Chicago Ave.,5:30 – 6:30 P.M.

The event is being sponsored by the Music Institute of Chicago, City of Evanston, Evanston Community Foundation, Second Baptist Church of Evanston, and Northwestern University.
