Indiana Dabney University to conduct Collegiate Men’s and Women’s Basketball Recruitment Fair
Indiana Dabney University will conduct a Recruitment Fair, for the Men’s and Women’s Basketball teams, August 25, 2012, from Noon to 3:00 pm, at Josephine’s Hard Times Restaurant 438 E. 79th Street, in Chicago.
The Men’s Head Coach, Fernando Bowie, and Women’s Head Coach, Tommie Posely, will be on hand to answer questions, discuss the University’s degree programs and scholarship opportunities. Applicants are welcome to bring their parents, coaches or other interested parties. Applicants are also encouraged to being copies of their transcripts from other educational institutions they attended.
The University seeks to offer inner city youth an opportunity to play the sport they love while achieving their educational goals, therefore, building a stronger individual to foster a stronger family and community.
Indiana Dabney University is located about 20 minutes from the Chicagoland area, which makes up 90% of the University’s population.
