Better Business Bureau 87th Annual Dinner Meeting Featuring Geoffrey Baer on March 20
CHICAGO, IL – The Better Business Bureau of Chicago & Northern Illinois (BBB) will hold its 87th Annual Dinner Meeting on Thursday, March 20, at the Chicago Marriot Downtown. Headlining the program this year will be well-known Chicago TV personality Geoffrey Baer. In addition, PNC Bank will serve as presenting sponsor of this year’s event. Scott Swanson, president of PNC Bank, will have the honor of introducing Geoffrey Baer, our featured speaker.
Geoffrey Baer will speak about the development of Chicago business communities and its history. He will also be talking about work ethic in various communities that created the city as it is today.
The 87th annual meeting will be emceed by NBC Chicago Co-News Anchors and Reporters Allison Rosati and Rob Stafford. Receiving the Torchbearer Award is Dennis Ontaneda of Combined Insurance and receiving the Arbitrator of the Year Award is Oliver Cooper IV. Dorothy Tucker of CBS 2 will be presented the Diogenes Award for Excellence in Media. Carol Cooling will posthumously receive the Lifetime Achievement Award, accepted by her husband, Chip Kopp.
