A local concert to celebrate the life of former South African President Nelson Mandela will be held December 17th at Nichols Concert Hall, 1490 Chicago Ave., Evanston, IL, Nichols Concert Hall, 1490 Chicago Ave.,5:30 – 6:30 P.M.
