Free Classes at State Universities for Qualifying Seniors 65 and Older in the State of Illinois

State universities provide free tuition waivers for qualifying senior citizens looking to pursue a degree, certificate or student at-large status. They must be at least 65 years of age, and a legal Illinois resident. Eligible seniors are expected to pay for their books and fees. The tuition waiver only covers tuition, not supplies.
