Every Student Should be Able to go to College

In today’s economy, having a college degree can mean the difference between “You’re hired” and the silent treatment.

There’s no denying it — having a college education sets you apart.

That’s why President Obama’s plan to make community college free for every student that puts in the effort is such a great idea. It gives every student that works hard the opportunity to go to college and succeed, regardless of financial circumstance.

We should be fighting for every student to have the same opportunities for success. Show your support for the President’s plan by adding your name today.

A 21st century economy requires workers to be more skilled, more adaptable, and better educated than ever before.

American workers are the best in the world — and broad access to higher education is one of the best ways we can stay competitive. We shouldn’t be limiting access to college based solely on who can already afford to pay or take on huge student loans.
